Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and empathy in interactions.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Must meet hardware requirements (USB headset, wired internet, computer).
• Willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Commit to 15–25 hours per week, with possible weekend requirements.
• Must have a hard-wired internet connection (DSL/Cable/Fiber).
• Header experience with brands and customer communications is a plus.
