Kobie, a national leader in loyalty solutions, is hiring for a remote, full-time Customer Care role within our Kobie Customer Care Team. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, follow client guidelines, and uphold high-quality service for major brands.

Work from home with AI-assisted tools and team support. Must reside in FL/GA/LA/MS/OK/TN/TX. Starting pay $17/hour with bonuses up to $350/month; health benefits, PTO and retirement options are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Completion of a remote training program with full attendance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work weekends/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities
