Destination Careers is seeking a Cruise Reservation Specialist to help clients select, book, and manage dream cruises from home. In this remote role, you will leverage your cruise knowledge and sales skills to recommend options based on client preferences, budgets, and needs.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, process payments, upsell services, and stay current on promotions and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales, reservations, or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
• Proficiency with online booking systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Certification in travel or cruise industry (e.g., CLIA) is a plus.
