Job summary

Pacific Journey Consulting is seeking a Cruise & Getaway Consultant to help clients research cruises, resorts, and vacation packages, guiding them through the reservation process. The role involves understanding client preferences, comparing vacation options, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

You will discuss travel dates and budgets with clients, prepare quotes, coordinate reservations, and track deposits while maintaining ongoing relationships and providing access to supplier resources

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Interest in learning about cruises, resorts, and destinations.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and follow through on client requests.

Responsibilities
