COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Claims Representative 2 Crop for a remote full-time position. You will investigate, inspect, evaluate, and pay federal crop and crop hail claims; review policies, determine coverage, and communicate with clients within 24 hours.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and a Federal Crop Certification for P2-P4. Travel to fields may be required; occasional extended hours and physical duties apply.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, inspect, evaluate, and pay Federal Crop and Crop Hail claims.
• Review policy, determine coverage levels, contact client within 24 hours.
• Explain procedures, set inspection date/time, inspect damage, determine loss.
• Adjust claims using CAP estimating system; negotiate settlements as needed.
• May perform audits, bin measurements, drone flights, and training.
