• Minimum of 1 year of experience in criminal law.
• Strong courtroom and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy—proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in DUIs, drug offenses, violent crimes, and white-collar charges with aggressive advocacy.
• Build and implement winning defense strategies based on thorough legal research and evidence gathering.
• Represent clients in court at first appearances, bond hearings, pre-trial, plea, trials, and sentencing hearings.
