Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a risk-focused professional to manage underwriting, credit limits, and ongoing counterparty risk for Corporates and Financial Institutions. You will work closely with Business and Infrastructure teams to holistically assess risk and support decision-making.

The role requires postgraduate finance qualifications and 2-3 years of credit risk experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Post graduate level qualifications in finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in credit risk management in wholesale banking.
• Strong analytic skills with risk judgment and decision capability.
• Solid understanding of financings, trade finance and global markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, recommend, and approve underwriting and credit limits for Corporate and FI exposures.
• Collaborate with Business and Infrastructure to assess credit risk comprehensively.
• Prepare counterparty ratings and monitor evolving counterparty risk.
• Assess risk/return trade-offs in loan products and structured finance proposals.
• Support audit processes and regulatory requirements with required documentation.
