Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with provider enrollment/credentialing preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate credentialing and primary source verification for initial and recredentialing of providers.
• Complete and submit provider payer applications and attestation requests.
• Monitor provider credentials and ensure ongoing compliance with network participation requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date data in credentialing databases and provide timely follow-up with providers and payers.
