Job summary

Dreem Health is seeking a Contracting & Credentialing Specialist to support credentialing, licensing and payer contracting across the US. This hands-on role reports to the Sr.

Manager, Contracting & Credentialing and collaborates with internal teams, payers and external agencies to ensure timely onboarding and ongoing compliance. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in credentialing, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong CAQH and payer portal knowledge, and experience with multi-state

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years in provider credentialing, licensing or managed care contracting.
• Sleep clinic/telehealth multi-state experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CAQH, payer portals, and credentialing workflows.
• Familiarity with ACHC, AASM, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing with payers.
• Prepare, submit, and track CAQH credentialing applications.
• Support payer contracting activities with data collection and follow-up.
• Submit licensing applications with multi-state boards and report to leadership.
• Maintain credentialing files per regulatory standards.
• Monitor timelines and address delays proactively.
• Serve as liaison between providers, internal teams, and payers.
• Maintain credentialing databases and ensure data integrity.
• Assist audits and reporting for credentialing metrics.
• Support licensing needs as the organization grows.
• Stay current on payer requirements and regulatory changes.
• Provide admin support to Sr. Manager Contracting & Credentialing.
