Oh My Creatives is seeking a Creative Strategist (Project Manager) with online advertising experience to join our fully remote team. You will lead a creative squad and oversee ad design and strategy to drive client ROI.

You will coordinate with designers and copywriters, present concepts to clients, and craft innovative angles for campaigns that perform across platforms. This role emphasizes leadership, creativity, and communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Creative Strategist in Online Advertising (preferably TikTok, Meta).
• 2+ years experience coordinating a team (preferably a creative team).
• 2+ years of B2B communication experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a creative team (Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Copywriter, Creators) and manage client expectations and communication.
• Design high-performing ads and develop brand-new angles and strategies to maximize ROI.
• Understand client needs and translate them into effective advertising campaigns.
