Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Creative Strategist for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will shape compelling content concepts to strengthen brand identity, engage audiences, and drive marketing performance across more than 100 leading German B2C brands.

You will oversee the creative process from concept development to execution, writing scripts for organic social content, ads, and campaigns, while collaborating closely with the founders to steer strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative strategy in marketing agency or brand setting.
• Strong knowledge of social media formats and emerging trends.
• Ability to turn audience insights into creative concepts.
• Experience scripting for organic social content, ads and campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve campaigns.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative process for leading brands across the DACH market.
• Develop innovative creative concepts and content strategies tailored to objectives and audiences.
• Write scripts for organic social content, advertisements, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with founders to align creative initiatives with broader business and marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign KPIs and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Test and optimize creative assets, messaging, and formats to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
• Monitor social media trends and high-performing content to inform decisions.
• Contribute to development of creative best practices and maintain competitive edge.
