Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced creative leads for training their language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows for clients and executives.

We seek 6+ years of experience at top agencies or in-house studios, with a standout portfolio and expert PowerPoint craftsmanship. This fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours weekly position starts ASAP.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a creative lead at a recognized agency or in-house studio.
• Portfolio of creative presentations that sold work to clients or executives.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop and iterate presentation decks, concept boards, and design narratives for client and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality visuals and clear storytelling in professional presentations.
