Job summary

Topstep is seeking a Project Manager for Creative & Evergreen Marketing to move campaigns from brief to launch, bridging Creative, Growth, Product, Data, and Legal/Compliance. You will ensure on-time, compliant delivery and manage intake and end-to-end plans for evergreen initiatives.

You will provide visibility and accountability, remove blockers, and enable teams to perform at their best across marketing workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management experience, ideally supporting creative, brand, or marketing teams.
• Experience managing creative and marketing workflows, including intake, briefs, reviews, and asset handoffs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate between creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Notion, Asana, Jira or similar collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with detailed schedules to ensure on-time delivery across creative disciplines.
• Oversee quality and compliance by routing deliverables to reviewers including Legal/Compliance.
• Manage resource constraints, risks, and blockers; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment and provide status updates on timelines.
• Lead recurring meetings and document decisions and actions in Notion.
• Own end-to-end GTM and evergreen marketing project plans and tracking.
