Job summary

TeamPeople is seeking a Creative Director to lead a remote-first, AI-native creative function. You will ship high‑impact brand and product visuals, establish reusable systems, and guide a small, scalable bench of designers and contractors.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to define visual direction, assets, and campaigns, ensuring top‑tier quality and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Advanced use of AI in the creative process with frontier models and AI tools.
• Ability to turn brand guidelines into scalable, reusable systems.
• Experience building and leading a freelance/contractor bench.
• Hands-on motion and video production with relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative bar across brand, web, campaigns, events, social, video, and sales materials.
• Own intake, briefs, and SLAs from brief to shipped asset.
• Build modular campaign systems and reusable brand infrastructure.
• Oversee product and in‑product visuals and alignment with Product Design.
