Airship is seeking a Creative Designer to join a rapidly growing team and help shape visual assets for top app developers. This fully remote role offers the chance to influence brand direction across major app stores while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The position requires 2–5 years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma. Equity and a comprehensive benefits package are included, with travel up to 10% based on business

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in a design company, advertising agency or in‑house creative environment.
• Must provide a design portfolio of previous work or other examples.
• Possess expert fluency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and Figma.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and communicate progress under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Use expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Figma and Sketch
• Edit and manipulate image assets quickly to create visual mockups for client deliverables
• Collaborate with internal project teams to understand and execute project strategy
• Use your eye for design and ability to think creatively and originally
• Work with a variety of assets and adhere to branding guidelines
• Analyze and articulate data‑driven creative methodology & strategy
