Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist (Contractor) to support AI training feedback workflows, focusing on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics for a customer project.

You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, provide detailed annotations and ratings, and propose improvements to workflows and tool usage, while meeting deadlines in a fully remote, worldwide environment. Strong English communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
