Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate for sponsor-dedicated monitoring. The role focuses on site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, performed on-site or remotely, adhering to ICH-GCP and protocol requirements.

The CRA will verify informed consent, protect patient confidentiality, and ensure data integrity across ISF/TMF. Travel can reach up to 75% across sites, with global collaboration and ongoing training within a dynamic, patient-centric

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.
Verifies informed consent and protects subject confidentiality.
Reviews ISF and TMF; ensures archiving of essential documents per guidelines.
Manages IP inventory, labeling, and distribution per protocol.
Documents activities and supports recruitment and data tracking.
