Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Clinical Monitoring role with site management responsibilities in the United States.

The position emphasizes adherence to ICH/GCP and local regulations, with on-site or remote monitoring and strong data integrity focus. The role requires up to 75% travel, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with investigators and site staff to ensure protocol compliance, patient safety, and timely data capture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity at investigator sites.
• conducts Source Document Review and ensures CRF data accuracy; drives query resolution to closure.
• May perform IP inventory, reconciliation and storage/security; ensures proper labeling and release/return.
• Routinely reviews ISF and TMF; prepares for audits and ensures training compliance.
• Documents activities and supports recruitment, retention and tracking; coordinates with site staff to meet timelines.
