Job summary

Caring People Rescue CPR is seeking a full-time CPR Instructor to deliver engaging, compliant training in virtual and hybrid formats. You will prepare lessons, teach CPR, First Aid, and BLS, and demonstrate AED use using American Red Cross and American Heart Association guidelines.

You will assess learner performance, maintain records, respond to inquiries, support registrations, and collaborate to improve curricula and participant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Paramedic or EMT or comparable emergency medical background.
• Strong teaching skills including clear explanations and interactive learning.
• Excellent customer service to support learners and foster an inclusive environment.
• Current CPR/BLS and First Aid instructor certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Strong communication, comfort with remote instruction technologies, and reliable internet access.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling, documentation, and multi-class management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CPR and related safety training in virtual and hybrid formats.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials aligned with Red Cross and AHA guidelines.
• Teach CPR, First Aid, BLS, and other safety courses; demonstrate AED use and equipment.
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and certifications; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Answer learner inquiries, support course registrations, and collaborate with team to improve curricula and participant experience.
