Pearson is hiring a Business Analytics Lead Specialist to drive CPQ roadmap, requirements, and continuous improvement across the Quote-to-Order process. You will collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Pricing, Product, Legal, Finance, and IT to enable seamless handoffs from opportunity to order and improve seller productivity.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CPQ experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora, pricing workflows, product catalog governance, and quote approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, CS, or IS.
• 2+ years as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator or similar role.
• Hands-on with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora, pricing, and catalog governance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day CPQ operation and continuous improvement.
• Administer Salesforce CPQ including pricing, discounts, and approvals.
• Configure SKUs, bundles, and pricing for product launches.
• Translate business needs into CPQ roadmap and backlog.
• Own end-to-end CPQ projects from requirements to testing.
