You will grade workflow, policy adherence and stakeholder fit, flag risks, and document next steps for training the modeling team. Ideal candidates have hands-on CPhT experience within real teams, can apply long rubrics consistently, and provide clear written reasoning on policy or workflow applied.

Qualifications

• Direct working experience in certified pharmacy technician specialist operations on real teams for Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) — AI Output Review work.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the policy or workflow applied.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current CPhT workflows, playbooks and firm policy.
• Grade tone, escalation logic and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
• Flag operational risk, missed escalations and policy-adherence gaps with severity tags.
• Capture the right next step so the modeling team can train on it.
• Adjudicate disputed treatments against published playbooks or firm guidance.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores in inter-rater calibration cycles.
