Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2-4 years in CPG sales analytics, retail analytics, or related commercial analytics roles.
• Experience supporting retail customers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Kroger, Albertsons, or similar retailers.
• Hands-on experience analyzing retail sales, POS, syndicated, and customer data.
• Strong experience building dashboards using Power BI or Tableau; SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Develop reporting tools tracking key retail metrics: sales, POS velocity, distribution, ACV, promotions.
• Automate recurring reporting to improve visibility into business performance.
• Use SQL to extract, clean, and analyze customer sales data from multiple sources.
• Analyze data from retailer platforms (Walmart Retail Link, Target Partners, Costco reports).
• Perform promo analysis, trade spend ROI, and category performance reviews.
• Lead cross-functional analytics projects and develop self-service reporting processes.
