Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent cost controls experience.
• 5-7 years of cost controls or project controls on capital projects.
• Experience with forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis and cost reporting.
• Experience with ERP/PMIS tools such as EcoSys, Procore, Oracle, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor cost control processes for Power & Energy projects.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and cost reports.
• Track costs, commitments, change orders, invoices, and cost coding.
• Conduct variance, trend, and EVM analyses and advise leadership.
• Generate regular cost dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
• Support change management and project close-out reporting from cost controls perspective.
