Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active New Jersey Bar admission.
• 3+ years of corporate/transactional experience, including M&A or governance.
• Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle business formations, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and commercial deals.
• Provide strategic counseling and client relationship leadership.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize transactional documents.
