Job summary

Jobgether is recruiting a Corporate Tax Manager to oversee global tax compliance, transfer pricing, and financial tax reporting in a fast-paced tech environment. This remote role requires coordinating U.S.

and international tax activities, preparing tax provisions, and driving process improvements across Finance and Legal teams. With 8+ years in corporate tax, you will work with senior leadership and external advisors to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting tax provision cycles, tax compliance processes, and audits.
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws and ability to support U.S. and international income tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate U.S. and international income tax compliance activities.
• Review tax compliance reporting and reconcile with tax provision calculations.
• Support transfer pricing calculations and documentation.
