Job summary

Latitude is seeking experienced corporate M&A attorneys for flexible contract opportunities with our clients nationwide. Most engagements are fully remote, and can range from part-time to full-time, offering high-level corporate work on your terms.

Candidates with 5+ years of M&A and strong due-diligence, APA negotiation, and transactional experience are preferred. Licensure in good standing and ABA-accredited law degree required; benefits and 401k eligibility accompany professional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of M&A experience.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Strong transactional experience including due diligence, negotiating APAs and ancillary documents.
• Licensed and in good standing in state of residence.
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Outstanding professional references.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A transactions and due diligence across industries.
• Negotiate APAs and ancillary documents for client engagements.
• Provide high-level corporate transactional guidance to clients.
