Ethos is seeking experienced corporate financial analysts from top-tier finance teams to help train our AI model on professional presentation tasks. We require 2+ years in corporate finance to create, evaluate and refine AI-generated slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and data-driven exhibits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Corporate Financial Analyst at a top-tier bank, PE/HF, or corporate finance team.
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
