Qualifications

Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
Demonstrated expertise in handling complex corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
Strong understanding of South African corporate and commercial law.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for remote work.
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Provide expert legal counsel on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
