Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in insurance-related work required.
• Desirable CPCU and AIC or similar designation.
• Maintains state adjusting licenses and CE credits as needed.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of WC regulations across jurisdictions.

Responsabilités

• Analyze state, federal, and industry regulations and their impact on operations.
• Monitor action plans to ensure regulatory changes are implemented timely.
• Plan and implement system revisions for rates, rules, and claim handling changes.
• Review notices and laws for changes to forms and operations.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and interface with state departments.
• Analyze consumer complaints and respond to inquiries.
