Responsibilities

• Serve as messenger of faith, mission, and purpose to employees and families.
• Visit worksites regularly to build relationships and provide pastoral support.

• Assist in planning or attending funerals and providing follow-up support.
• Support notifications of death or serious injuries to families and employees.
• Offer post-termination care and transition support as needed.
• Provide materials to assist employees with life issues and resources.
