Solventum is seeking a Copy Writer for Solve Studio to transform business objectives into clear, compelling content. You will craft messaging across digital, social, email, and campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.

Reporting to the Story & Language Creative Lead, you’ll collaborate with Account, Project, Design and Business partners to deliver audience-centered content that informs, inspires and drives action while maintaining high quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Creative Writing or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in copywriting, content development or integrated campaigns.
• Ability to develop copy across multiple channels including digital, email and web.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading with adaptable tone and messaging.
• Strong understanding of brand development and storytelling for audience-centered content.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging content across digital, social, web, email and campaign assets.
• Translate briefs and strategies into effective written communications.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure language and visuals align.
• Provide messaging recommendations during concept development and reviews.
