Job summary

Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks a procurement professional to join the Procurement Department, focusing on supplier engagement, solicitations, and contract administration. You will support technical organizations across NNL and contribute to value delivery while maintaining strong customer service.

Teleworking options may be available and a strong emphasis on collaboration, data analysis, and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, and contracts.
• Experience in negotiation, placement, administration, and close out of standard and non-standard contracts.
• Experience in reviewing legal requirements, identifying problems to make improvements, performing investigation and analysis, and developing solutions for complex problems.
• Process improvement exposure to gain efficiencies.
• Experience with management presentations, data analysis, and meticulous file documentation and organization.
• High level of efficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
