Job summary

Limbach Facility Services, LLC (Remote/Home Office) is seeking a Staff Attorney - Contracts to provide day-to-day legal services, primarily reviewing and negotiating contracts for complex construction projects. You will work with the General Counsel and Senior Attorneys to balance risk and deal enablement in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Preferred candidates will have a background in construction contracting, strong commercial mindset, and the ability to advise and educate branch

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one state and in good standing.
• Minimum five years of practice in related fields.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Professionalism and collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Some travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal services focusing on risk in contracts for construction and building systems.
• Negotiate and redline contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements with cross-functional teams.
• Advise Operations, Sales, and Project Teams to balance risk and deal enablement.
• Coordinate with risk management to ensure insurance requirements are met.
• Support in-house attorneys on claims and financial pursuits as needed.
