Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Kentucky.
• Active DEA and NPI numbers.
• CAQH application submitted.
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willingness to obtain one.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Independent liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure.
• Conduct PDE and E/M sessions for new and established patients.
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video sessions and manage treatment plans.
• Coordinate with Talkspace psychiatry team as needed.
• Operate with no overhead costs and private-practice flexibility.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient communications.
