Job summary

Turing invites contract law experts to join projects evaluating AI-generated responses to U.S. contract law scenarios. You will assess formation issues, breach analysis, UCC Article 2 disputes, and damages calculations using a structured rubric. Prior experience in contract law is essential and experience with AI-themed projects is a plus.

The role offers flexible, fully remote work with 10–30 hours per week for ~1 month, and potential extension based on performance and project needs.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
Bar admission (active or inactive).
3+ years of U.S. legal practice in contract law, commercial transactions, or commercial litigation.
Strong reasoning across contracts, UCC, and commercial agreements.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to U.S. contract law hypotheticals.
Apply a structured rubric to assess issue spotting and law application.
Identify gaps in AI reasoning on consideration, conditions, repudiation, damages, and third-party rights.
Provide detailed, high-quality annotations and feedback to refine AI models.
Collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards.
