WPS—A health solutions company—seeks a Contract Coordinator to maintain and strengthen provider networks by managing existing contracts and proposing new agreements based on adequacy and financial considerations. The role acts as a liaison between WPS and the provider community.

The position is remote, with an 8am–5pm Central Time schedule and benefits including health/dental insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company matching. Relevant industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer service within health insurance (provider contracting/relations or healthcare administration).
• Strong analytical skills to prepare and interpret reports (e.g., network analysis, RFP support).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; solid organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen WPS provider networks by managing existing contracts.
• Prospect and propose new contracts based on adequacy needs and financial considerations.
• Serve as liaison between WPS and the provider community.
