Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in credentialing, onboarding, compliance, or staffing operations.
  • Experience in high-volume administrative or compliance environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems including VMS and credentialing platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with State Backgrounds and Fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage the compliance onboarding process for all new healthcare contractors.
  • Review, verify, and maintain credentialing documentation including background checks, drug screenings, immunization records, TB testing, and physicals.
  • Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are communicated and fulfilled on time.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met and address delays with leadership.
  • Monitor credential expirations during assignments and obtain updated records as necessary.
  • Support internal performance goals by aligning metrics with Joint Commission standards and Trio WFS benchmarks.
  • Maintain records within Trio WFS’s Vendor Management System (VMS), Trio.
