Job summary

The Freelance Firm, LLC is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join a national network delivering on-demand legal support. This remote role is expected to average 10–20 hours per week, with candidates preferably located in or able to work for the Tampa, Florida area.

Applicants must be licensed in good standing in the U.S. and bring at least five years of relevant practice, including federal court experience and strong research and writing skills.

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Immigration Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10-20 hours per week.

Attorney Requirements:
