Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Competitive pay starts at $30/hour for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience as Florida Medical Malpractice Paralegal.
Full understanding of FL medical malpractice law and process.
Discovery/response experience.
Strong drafting experience.
Proactive case management/calendaring/e-filing experience.
Communicating with all parties/courts with strong follow‑up.
Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Self-starter and able to work independently.
