One Firefly, a remote-first marketing agency, seeks a content writer with 3–5 years in content marketing, SEO, or copywriting. This full-time role reports to the Content Team Lead and requires excellent written communication, reliability, and comfort using video and digital collaboration tools.

You will write and edit across blogs, newsletters, SEO web copy, press releases, case studies, and more, research client industries, apply SEO basics, and use AI tools to boost efficiency while preserving

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, SEO content or copywriting.
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.
• Experience writing for multiple marketing channels (web content, email, blogs, social media, press releases, white papers).
• Proven comfort using AI tools to support writing workflows.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Write and edit content across the marketing ecosystem, including blogs, newsletters, SEO web copy, press releases, case studies, brochures, postcards, white papers, and other assigned content.
• Research client industries, audiences, products, and services so your writing is accurate, useful, and aligned with each client’s brand voice.
• Apply basic SEO practices, content structure, categorization, and editorial standards to support quality and performance.
• Use AI tools, prompt techniques, and editorial judgment to improve workflow efficiency while protecting originality, accuracy, and brand fit.
• Work with campaign account managers, digital ad strategists, web teammates, content leadership, and clients to gather feedback and revise content.
