Job summary

Centro.team is seeking a Content Tagging Specialist to classify and tag digital content across our platforms. This role supports content discoverability and data quality while operating in a remote, globally distributed team.

The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow complex guidelines, and English proficiency at C1 level. You will collaborate with colleagues across time zones and may work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in content tagging, classification, data annotation or metadata management.
• High attention to detail with large volumes of repetitive tasks.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to grasp context of digital content.
• Familiarity with CMS, spreadsheets or similar tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify digital content by assigning tags, categories, keywords and metadata.
• Follow taxonomy, tagging guidelines and internal procedures for accuracy and consistency.
• Review existing tags/metadata to identify errors, duplicates or missing information.
• Perform quality checks and escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain tagging standards and processes.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining high quality.
• Maintain organized content records per internal procedures.
