Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Write, edit, and optimize marketing copy for specific customer segments and experiences.
• Create personalized communications and content experiences that drive engagement.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for on-time execution.
• Partner with senior marketing stakeholders to support content strategies and campaigns.
• Manage a high volume of deliverables while ensuring quality and consistency.
