Job summary

ISI Professional Services is seeking up to three full-time Project Specialists – Level 3 to support the National Park Service Denver Service Center in providing design and pre-construction program management for secure facilities.

The Project Specialist will assist NPS Project Managers with cradle-to-grave project execution, design reviews, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination on complex multi-trade projects in secure environments.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree with appropriate professional registration or licensing.
• 8+ years of relevant experience for Bachelor path; 6+ years for Master path; 4+ years for Doctorate path.
• Experience as Design Manager, CMR, Owner’s Representative or Project Manager on complex projects.
• Active Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with cradle-to-grave project execution from planning to closeout.
• Provide technical design review, coordination, and constructability input.
• Oversee design contractors and review submissions for compliance.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Government agencies and contractors.
• Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and contract modification docs.
• Review contractor proposals, schedules, and payment requests.
• Support meetings, negotiations, and documentation such as minutes and reports.
• Maintain clear communication in a high-visibility, secure environment.
