Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the development and construction of Livewell Animal Hospital facilities from inception to completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality facilities on time and within scope.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years in construction management, strong planning skills, and proficiency with PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, Monday.com, or Workday).
• Strong strategic and long-range planning ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects exclusively for Livewell Animal Hospital facilities, from conception to completion, for numerous projects of varying sizes across the Livewell portfolio.
• Drive adherence to and continuous execution of established project management processes across internal teams.
• Coordinate communication and execution with all internal teams (operations, marketing, accounting, etc.).
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Manage project budgets and timelines across up to 10 concurrent hospital build-outs; typical individual project budgets range from $1,000,000-2,000,000.
• Coordinate and direct architects, general contractors and vendors.
• Review work progress on daily basis.
• Prepare internal reports pertaining to job status.
