Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience with file responsibility.
• Strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Trial preparation, deposition experience and motions practice.
• Excellent advocacy, research, and writing abilities.
• Willingness to learn new areas of law; CA licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Handle file responsibility from pleadings through discovery and trial.
• Take and defend depositions and argue motions.
• Develop persuasive briefs and negotiate settlements.
• Maintain strong advocacy, research, and writing for client matters.
