Qualifications

• Current STEM professional with hands-on computational mathematics experience.
• Proficiency in Python and AI-driven coding workflows.
• Experience using Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork to generate and refine actionable code sequences.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and work through large, ambiguous problem sets.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed real-world examples of using AI coding tools in computational mathematics projects.
• Document workflows where AI coding agents support complex problem solving and architectural changes.
• Explain project challenges, objectives, and the AI agent contributions clearly.
• Assess and communicate effectiveness of AI tools for open-ended mathematics problems.
• Submit concise reports on project complexity and AI-supported decision-making.
• Provide feedback on practical integration and limitations of AI tools in computational mathematics.
• Participate in remote consultations or knowledge-sharing sessions as needed.
