Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an Associate in Compliance & QA (Technology) to maintain and improve quality systems across Technology Solutions. You will work with IT, software development, and engineering to meet regulatory expectations and ensure GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance.

The role emphasizes training, internal and external audits, and ongoing quality improvement, with remote work flexibility and a focus on collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in a quality/regulatory compliance position.
• Knowledge of FDA & ICH regulations as they apply to clinical studies.
• Experience in supporting customer/sponsor audits of organizational processes, training, documentation, etc.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 scope and application and Computerized System Validation processes.
• Experience delivering training materials related to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enforce the WCG Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Support quality goals, objectives, and process improvements.
• Educate staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Draft and revise internal technology standards, SOPs, and policies.
• Support validation and change management of systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
