Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation seeks a Compliance Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s compliance programs across healthcare compliance, anti-corruption, antitrust, and AML. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of Anti-Corruption compliance experience with a Masters degree, including experience handling transaction monitoring and distributors due diligence.
• Minimum of 5 years of Anti-Corruption compliance experience with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, including experience handling transaction monitoring and distributors due diligence.
• Strong understanding of anti-corruption regulations (e.g., FCPA, and DOJ’s guidance on compliance program effectiveness standards, etc.)
• Preferred minimum of 3 years of healthcare compliance experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations (Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, OIG guidance, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement elements that support FUJIFILM’s Medical Device Compliance Program in line with OIG’s guidance and healthcare regulations.
• Draft, update, and maintain compliance-related policies, procedures, and guidelines. Conduct healthcare, anti-corruption, antitrust and anti-money laundering compliance policy assessments; support development of new or updated policies.
• Conduct healthcare, anti-corruption, antitrust, and anti-money laundering compliance risk analysis; identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop action plans to mitigate risks.
• Develop and manage compliance training on various policies to educate employees on legal and ethical standards; ensure comprehensive understanding.
• Perform transaction monitoring review.
• Manage the third-party management program, including due diligence and oversight for subsidiaries.
• Perform the annual Anti-Corruption and Antitrust Self-Audits.
• Promote compliance awareness through ongoing communication and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, HR, Finance, Regulatory and other functions to address compliance issues through investigations and remediation.
• Advise subsidiaries on FUJIFILM Holding's policies on Healthcare, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust and AML; keep abreast of legislation and enforcement.
• Support transparency data collection, validation, and reporting per Physician Payments Sunshine Act.
• Assist with review of grants, sponsorships, and FMV evaluations to ensure compliance.
• Assist with review of quotes, submissions, and other documentation in government bids/contracts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to direct compliance issues to investigations and resolution.
• Prepare management reports on incidents, investigations, and compliance activities.
• Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence of new healthcare businesses and integration planning.
• Support HIPAA Privacy Officer responsibilities related to healthcare and HIPAA.
• Other duties as assigned.
