Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC. This is a fully remote role with an anticipated duration of 6+ months and the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters.

Required: J.D. and active bar membership, experience in complex litigation, strong research, writing, and Relativity experience; no plaintiff experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing.
• Experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents.
• Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• No plaintiff experience permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide trial support for sophisticated, high-stakes matters.
• Support discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation for a boutique litigation firm.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to manage complex litigation matters remotely.
