The position will offer the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters. Qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership, demonstrated experience handling complex litigation, and strong research, writing, and drafting skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents.
• Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• No plaintiff experience permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide trial support for complex litigation matters.
• Liaise with partners and clients to manage high-stakes cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft substantive legal documents and motions.
• Utilize Relativity or similar eDiscovery tools to manage electronic data.
